Photography Reservation
Service Description
Each session will last three to five minutes and will include a few beautifully composed shots by one of our featured photographers. After the event, participants will receive digital copies of their images at no cost. • Time Slots: Each session is five minutes long. Please arrive early to check in and be ready when your name is called. • Late Arrivals: If you are not present at your reserved time, your slot will be offered to the next guest who is signed up and present. • Sign-Ups: Online sign-ups will open prior to the event for early reservations. Day-of sign-ups will be available on site, released one hour at a time throughout the day. This helps ensure everyone has a fair chance to participate. • Location: Photography sessions will take place inside the event venue with a designated backdrop and space for families. • Accessibility: All sessions are open to attendees of every age and family type, including pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, or support roles. We’re thrilled to be partnering with talented local photographers who specialize in capturing authentic and heartfelt moments for families. This is one of the most popular features of the fair, so we encourage you to sign up early, arrive on time, and enjoy your brief but meaningful session. These portraits are more than just pictures. Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all families have an opportunity to participate, photography sessions will follow a strict reservation policy. • Each photo session is five minutes in length. • Participants must check in at the photo station before their scheduled time. • If you are not signed in at the time of your reservation, your spot will be given to the next guest who is signed up and present. • Missed reservations cannot be rescheduled during the event. • Day-of sign-ups will be available on site, released one hour at a time throughout the day. This policy helps keep the schedule running smoothly so that every family has the chance to enjoy their free professional photo experience.
